[Resolved]  Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — Refund not given even after delivering the detect product

I have ordered a 16 gb memory card, but what i received was defective and i returned to them on the next day itself.. It is more than a month now, i sent more than 50 mails to them but they never responded.. They cheated me and i lost my rupees 849.00. Even they dont have a courtesy to reply any one of my emails. Please ban this online fraud company.
Order# S[protected] ordered on oct 20 2015, product received on nov 12 2015 and i returned it on the same day.. Now it is more than 2 months.

Hi finally i got my money refunded to my bank.. Thank you so much for consumer complaint forum.. After two months of continuous mail and your help finally they refunded the money.

Please see below the mail sent by whaaky team on december 10 2015, but still now there is no reply about the replacement or refund. Really it is irritating. Atleast i am requesting you people from customer complaints to take necessary action.
