Wheelstreet — cancellation not being processed

This is regarding booking i'd: vis00753. Calling past few days they will say will get back to you on the issue but they won't call back. I need to cancel the booking. Each executive has different answers from there customer care and none has knowledge about it. And they never mention any terms any where and tell new terms when you call. And the email i'd i don't know just for name sake they have kept it no one will reply. Just wasting my time and money on this. And even the cancel option in the menu is faded out.
