There is a company named wheelstreet that provide bikes on rent. I have been an old customer to the company.
On my recent booking dated september 09, 2017, i picked the bike and dropped it later on september 11, 2017 as scheduled but paying a 3 hour late penalty.
Now the dealer at laxmi nagar from where we took bike has been calling us and threatening us for paying extra 10, 000 inr for some damage in the part of bike which need to be replaced.
Firstly, we are not in any case responsible for the damaged part as we didn't met with any accident which has been ensured by the dealer itself at the time of drop.
Secondly, we contacted a repairman who stated that this kind of damage need repair not replacement and the same will cost 250 inr only.
On contacting the same with the dealer, he is not ready to listen and just asking us to pay a handsome amount without any cause.
I want an urgent and prompt action as the dealer has kept my id with a false excuse and that might be misused.
