I booked a bike (Yamaha fz) for rent in goa through wheelstreet's website and i paid 3000/- as a tariff (1000/- per day). But the vendor they assigned (Muskaan travels), they gave me a scooter (Honda dio) as they said there is some issue with the bike. I was absolutely fine with it but i should have got back some refunds as the scooter tariff (350-500/- per day) was less than the bike.

This is regarding booking i'd: vis00753. Calling past few days they will say will get back to you on the issue but they won't call back. I need to cancel the booking. Each executive has different answers from there customer care and none has knowledge about it. And they never mention any terms any where and tell new terms when you call. I am from delhi. We wanted a classic 350 bike. We payed the amount via wheelstreet app. They said it was late and they had only an electra which was available for us and since we had to cover a few extra kms, they charged 600 rupees extra. The vehicle was in very very poor condition. But we were out of options. We payed the caution deposit of 3000 and took the vehicle and rode it all the way with much difficulty and returned it by next day....

I don't want to waste time so ill keep it short. Please beware of wheelstreet as they do not support you if anything goes wrong with the bike vendor and you. You cant see which bike you exactly getting (No actual photos nor year of manufacture) while booking while they show photos of new and latest bike. There is a company named wheelstreet that provide bikes on rent. I have been an old customer to the company.
On my recent booking dated september 09, 2017, i picked the bike and dropped it later on september 11, 2017 as scheduled but paying a 3 hour late penalty.

Do anything but never book bike from wheelstreet they are biggest cheaters in market. They don't do anything expect making fools their costumers.

I booked a bike (Order no[protected] from wheelstreet.In on 2nd june but unfortunately cancelled the plan. Within next 1 hour, i had a chat with the executive of company who promised me to refund the amount after cancelling the booking from her end.

Still i havent received any refund and company says now they cannot refund any amount as it is against their company policy.
