Wheelstreet — haven't returned my caution deposit

I am from delhi. We wanted a classic 350 bike. We payed the amount via wheelstreet app. They said it was late and they had only an electra which was available for us and since we had to cover a few extra kms, they charged 600 rupees extra. The vehicle was in very very poor condition. But we were out of options. We payed the caution deposit of 3000 and took the vehicle and rode it all the way with much difficulty and returned it by next day. They didn't give the refund saying the damage that was already there was made by us and told that they would check with a mechanic and refubd later. They kept saying this for over a week and now they say that the damage is worth 3500 and we need to pay 500 extra. This was seriously a very wandalistic attitude from wheelstreet and we have decided to inform the police about it
