Dear sir
We have whirpool refrigerator proton model 3 door.
We had made complaint to customer care in may 2015.
They sent us the no. of service center ujjain as K G N refrigeration ujjain
mo. no. [protected]
Upon calling on the no. given they came and declared that compressor of
fridge is not working and this is out of warranty so we have to replace it by
our own expenses. We agreed and pay him Rs. 4500 for compressor on 7-5-15.
But problem of cooling was still there. So again on[protected] they changed gas
and took 1250/- from us but problem of less cooling was still there.
We called him but he did not attend our call and then winter season started.
We are calling him from last five days and he is not answering properly nor he is attending our site.
After all this we went to private service center and he rectified problem by
flushing heat exchanger coil and now refrigerator is working properly.
We then asked him to check our old original compressor and he verified that old compressor
is in working condition and is better then newly replaced compressor.
So sir we would like to draw your kind attention on mischief of your authorized service center.

You are requested to take strict action against him for this malpractice and return our bill amount(Rs.5750)
