I have purchased a Whirlpool Neo 258 LH ROY WINE DOUBLE DOOR REFRIGERATOR on September 10th. We had demo on September 13th. It was without one leg. And also we faced water leakage & ice formation on freezer issue. We have raised a complaint and got a replacement yesterday. Even this new one has no cool sense light, frezzer box has some damage. We trusted your esteemed brand and purchased it for your years of excellence in the service. But we are facing a lot of issue for about 1 month with your product. We are facing struggle mentally by waiting for your response everytime. If you have a proper quality department, we would not have faced this much struggle. Really disappointed. Take necessary action and rectify our issue as soon as possible. I am not ready to accept any rework. I definitely need a replacement in three days. And while delivering, I need a demo person during the delivery time. He has to ensure everything is fine. Only then I will purchase this time. Else I will apply for refund and I will go for another brand.
