[Resolved]  Whirlpool — Defective product.Faced pcb issue after 1 year.

Bought Whirlpool 355 litres Bottom up refrigerator on 2021 July, I don't have any issues with voltages in my area, the modes in the control panel is hardly used thrice since 2021 July till last week.
Suddenly it stopped cooling, and customer service asked me to pay 5k in total (incl. Service visit) for the PCB replacement .
This is seriously not acceptable and I need technical experts advice on the same and I would say it's a defective product.
