Whirlpool — double door fridge

I have complained about my Whirlpool refrigerator twice. Regarding icing problem. And several times talked to their customer care team but I am getting no response from their side. I bought this refrigerator last month and i am facing this problem. Never expected this third class product from Whirlpool. Kindly help me out.
