Hi Team, this is very pathetic and disappointed experience with you
I have register my compalint dated on 30th Sep for gas leakage engineer came and take the gas charges and fill the gas after that machine is not working next day again he came and fill the gas again machine is not working next day again he came and ask your machine comparsor is not working and I'll fill the compalint dated on 01st Oct engineer visit 03rd Oct take money for replacement and ask 04th Oct we change the comparsor
Today again I'll call to service centre he said it will take 2 to 3 days
In this summer season with a child and family how can we manage these thing did you understand I think not
It's your responsibility to provide the status to customer for regarding compalint but No one can call to customer for compalint status
With this experience I never ever suggest anyone to go with whirpool equipment
