We have purchased the washing machine in january 2021. The machine is under warranty and its drier tub stopped working. So I registered a complaint with whirlpool customer care and requesting them to repair. They visit (first visit on 28/09/2022) but did not repair anything and asked us to keep the tap off while drier is working. after 3-4 days machine was still not working we complained again and then he visited and checked the machine and found out that condensor needs replacement. He told us that he do not have condessor right now and will bring it tomorrow. then we kept calling him for 3-4 days he kept making excuses. And when he came on 06/10/2022, he brought a condensor of less power than what was required in that machine. We asked him to bring the correct condensor, so he went and did not came for 9 days. After so may complaints and calls he finally came on 15/10/2022 again with the lower power of condensor than required.
So, overall it took them approx 23 days to resolve our issue (which is not fully reolved as because they have put a lower power condensor in our mchine which will ultimately leads to lower performance of machine and it will require repair again in near future). Was this information helpful? |
