Whirlpool India — after sale service reg

We have purchased fully automatic washing machine on yesterday dtd.21.08.2020 but till date no one has approach us for service after sale details are as under
1) dealer tax inv. N.693 dtd.21.08.2020 from m/s om punamiya enterprises-gholwad-401702 (Mah)
2) i have recd. Sms. For service request no. Tha[protected]
