I have raised a AC complaint ticket 2 weeks back as my AC was displaying F6 error, after two days ticket was closed abruptly. After that again I have raised a ticket for which technician visited my home after 4 days of raising complaint. Even after requesting for senior technician repeatedly they have sent a trainee guy who doesn’t even know what is F6 error was and he was continuously guided by seniors on phone as he don’t know anything.
Somehow he managed to make AC work and left my home and I have paid him the service charge, once he left after 1 hour again I am facing the same issue. Again I have raised issue and it was again closed stating that non productive task.
Again I have escalated it and tried reaching out Area sales manager and service center manager who never reachable by me as well as whirlpool support . So again I had to raise a ticket for the 4th time and it’s been two weeks since I am facing this issue with my AC and no support was provided by whirlpool even I have paid the service charge but yet issue was not resolved . I tried reaching their customer support for around 20 times and same answer I get we will resolve which was not happening .
It’s pathetic service by whirlpool looting the customers without proper service . Resolve my issue as soon as possible . It’s been many days and I didn’t get any resolution. More over the technicians you guys sending are worthless and don’t know anything please send good technicians to resolve the issue soon. Was this information helpful? |
