[Resolved] Whirlpool India — air conditioners - split | |||
Synopsis : We brought Air conditioner from Whirpool India & it got damaged. Since the product was under warranty we called up their service centre and the Air conditioner (outdoor unit) was taken up by their engineer for repair. After long follow up for around 25 days, engineer informed that the part is not available with the company hence we logged complaint on Dept. of consumer affair portal. We wrote to Dy. Secretary, Dept. of Consumer affairs in this regards on 15.05.19, however till date there is no reply. It is almost 2 months now and the AC is returned unpaired to us by Whirlpool India Was this information helpful? | |||
