Purchased Comprehensive AMC Plan for AC on 25-May-2022 through online and received SMS and order no as AMC-117219. Attaching a screenshot of the same, I had not receive any copy and when I try to raise a service request, they are asking for an order copy and your customer care team is not able to help on this.
Sent Email on the same to [protected]@whirlpool.com,
[protected]@whirlpool.com dated 29-Apr-2023. Your team has Asked for Transaction details and sent the same from then i don't see any response from them.
Respond ASAP as AMC will get completed by 25-May-2023.
I have call recordings which i had with your executives. Please let me know i will share those aswell
