Whirlpool has separate departments.
1) they sell amc contract's with false promises & 7 days refund assurance, then they don't sent u contract agreement till 45 days.
2) now u can't cancel nor demand refund.
3) incase of complaints, cust. Care is only to register complaints.
4) service center says u amc doesn't cover ur defective parts, on insisting they will simply ask u 2 contact company
5) company will not respond to ur calls properly.
6) u will have to run between cust. Care, service center, contract dept. Making 100's of calls.
This proves whirlpool is run by unprofessional team with the only aim to cheat on customers with false promises & vanish after collecting payments.
