As i purchased whirlpool washing machine in the year of 2010 and so far maintained with authorised service partner of whirlpool.in the year of 2019 i have made annual maintenance contract with the authorised service partner of whirlpool and also it will expire on 14.08.2020.in this situation our machine makes trouble and i had raised complaint to the authorised service partner on 09.07.2020. But still date they are not attend my complaint properly. I also sent mail to the whirlpool's service help department but there is no response from their side also. Please help me to over come from this issue.

In this case we are tried to get in touch with customer multiple times but he is not picking up the calls.

Updated by gokulkavin I had picked all the calls that came from whirlpool. Overall I received two to three calls at-most. Even after the whirlpool customer support was notified about the aforementioned issue, I had to follow up with the local service provider many times to get things done. After a long delay, the work is now completed.
