[Resolved] Whirlpool India — bad quality products & service | |||
I purchased a whirlpool fully automatic front load washing machine 3 months back. A week ago, while the machine was in use, one of its parts came out on its own. I immediately turned off the machine and kept the part aside. I registered a complaint to the whirlpool india customer care on the 18th jan 2020. I have not got a call back since then neither from the customer center nor from the service center. I have called thrice until today to customer care regarding the same complaint. I cant even begin to tell about the irresponsible response. They keep saying the complaint is open and that they will put a reminder, that's all. So for the past 7 days i am not able to use my new washing machine because of the bad product and the bad service. Worst product and worst service. Will never try whirlpool again.
