i hahe a taken a new washing machine at 25th june 2014from udaipur (rajasthan)dealer is chandra lendmark but my machine is not working proprely, already i have 4th time complain to costomer care and now machine is not woorking condatation. last 24th oct-2014 i complain that in machine spein unit is not working my complain no isjp[protected]and at 25th oct your service engg come at my house he has checke and rply to me spein motor is foulty and motor is going for reparing i refused them i dont want to reparie to motor beacause whirpool is band name in world and he has a taken responspbilty to chnge a machine i complain to costome care to replace the machine ason 27th oct 2014, but he has a no taken action and udaipur authroused service center head mr deepak is ignour my complaine . i have also coplaine to c.c as on 28th oct-2014 my coplaine no is jp[protected] for replace the machine rely i facing problem from long produsider Was this information helpful? |
