Whirlpool India — Broken bottle rack replacement issue | |||||
I bought a Whirlpool neo ichill refrigerator on 3 June 2015. Model No. 20084. Serial No. INA[protected]. The bottle rack for our refrigerator was damaged during regular use. I called up the Whirlpool customer care / service center in Chennai (Porur) for replacement. A rep had come and taken the bottle rack in the month of Oct 2015 stating that he would get it replaced in 2 days. After that there was no response from him or from the service center. Everytime I called him, he just made excuses and in Jan 2016 he mentions that the bottle rack replacement will not be available. I raised a complaint with Whirlpool online. After 2 months of to and fro mails, the Whirlpool helpdesk is now asking me to check with the rep and get the rack. Was this information helpful? | |||||
