I bought a triple-door refrigerator from the whirlpool website on 5 Oct 2022 with a cashback offer which was to be received in 90 days. but not received it till now.
when I tried to contact whirlpool customer care they are not giving satisfactory answers and asked me to contact my bank. I also tried to contact the bank, they asked me that cashback is the seller's responsibility, they will solve my issue.
please help me to get my cashback
