[Resolved]  Whirlpool India — cheating/payment not received/fridge not working

My Fridge had some problem and hence raised a complaint with whirlpool service center by calling[protected]. They raised complaint in August(between 16 to 19) They informed it will be closed in 24hours. On 22 or 23 one guys came in night 10.30 pm and checked copmressor faulty has to be replaced and they will come in the morning again. He phone me that other guy from Katraj centre is coming. Then after some time another guy from Katraj call me and take the address but after two hour he call and inform that another guy from Wagholi centre is coming with compressor.Then wagholi guy confirm the address and came. They came and replaced compressor and told that they going to bring heater and came after two hours and replaced the same and gave me a hand written bill of 8100(compressor+ heater) I paid 350 (labour charge)on first guy who came with compressor as I had told him to come with compressor but came without and atke visiting charges. I trusted them and paid. It after they left I checked online for the price of the items they replaced. It is much less, coming around 2500 rupees only. The bill is issued by Techno care service centre.But after some time fridge stopped working. Then i called the number given in the bill Mr.Dilip([protected])who told me to send the tech but no one came. I called to whirlpool again and they told me that they are not our guys and complain was for tray and they have not get any response from me so they closed the complain. Then I visited one whirlpool fridge agency shop and they talked to Mr. Dileep and who agree to pay repair charge and request to ask any local but after that not responding. Now both of them are not picking. I called Whirlpool service call center[protected] again to inform this, they said they will help and asked for paid receipt and after two days said cannot do anything When i enquired about the service center (Techno service center who issued bill), customer care executive told it is not authorized whirlpool service center. If they are not authorized why did whirlpool call center forwarded my request to some one who is not authorized to take the request.
