Dear sir/ ma'am
I want to inform you that I buy a 6.5 keg top older washing machine in January 2020 as a faith on your company but within two years warranty period it is created a problem. I called customer care and they provide a technician. He resolved the problem and charged Rs 2400. Therefore within two months it has the same problem and again calls the technician from your company and he said that I have to pay rs 6500 again for the repairing. So as a customer how much money do I spend on the washing machine and what is the quality of a renounce company's product like yours? I do hope you handle my case in a top-urgent fashion and provide an adequate solution fast. I have attached all the bills below for your reference.
So many times mailed them and talk to customer care but they didn't reply through mail or contact personally.
This is the way a renowned company behaves with the customer?
