[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Complain against the Damage Refrigerator on delivery

I bought a refrigerator on 8th November 2015, on the time of delivery the distributor delivered a DAMAGE refrigerator at my door step, now when i am asking for exchange against the damage one, they are just giving time to time, its more than a month still they is nothing happen against it, . I am not tired of their information and the service. As i am female its really very difficult to go and find out in regular basic.
