I purchased Whirlpool 4 in 1 Convertible Cooling 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split Inverter AC - White on 29.09.2022. (Flipkart given tax invoice attached) Few months after that winter came, we resumed the AC use but it came to notice that the room is not getting cool. 2- 3 days i checked but the result was the same.
On 27th March 2023 i raise a whats app complaint register ( Whats app No.: +91- [protected])
1) Your Service Request Number KOL[protected]
Twice i received call from your end asking my full address with pin code and they told will update me soon after that no action taken from your side.
After 2 day i checked the status. It is showing closed.
2) Again I raise the complaint in the same manner and register on 29th March 2023 : Your Service Request Number KOL[protected].
Again no action taken from your end and case showing closed.
3) Again I raised a complaint 3rd time in the same manner -Your Service Request Number KOL[protected].
After 2 days one technician visited on 2nd April 2023 and checked that due to your team installation mistake the gas is leaked as the AC is very less in use that's why I came to know late.
He promised me that he will visit again with his senior technician and they will find the leakage point, fixed it and refill the gas.
Till dated they have not come to resolved the issue & the status showing in whats app are as follow-

We see that your service request is completed.
OEM people are wasting our time and losing your goodwill, without taking customer feedback to guys close the case.
Now i think you don't care about the after sales services.
I am unable to understand how WHIRLPOOL is giving services to their customers. This shows how incompetent team of Whirlpool is which lost my interest to buy any other product of Whirlpool.
I am requesting you to please help me out in this embarrassing situation and this was not the first time I bought the product of whirlpool . I have a lot of products at home, but this time your poor after sales service has lost all my interest to buy your products again. In Today's busy life I don't have so much time to follow up with you to resolve a problem in your product which is under warranty period.
I request you please don’t suffer from me any more. Take action and resolve the problem immediately.
