I would like bring your kind perusal regarding Worst Service by Whirl pool Service franchisee AMENDMENT Agency for not carrying out proper repairs on our Double door Fridge since last four months and wasted our hard earned money.
I have lodged complaint to customer care on 22/7/14 in connection with sudden leaking of water from Whirl Pool Fridge Model 10888 paid service charge Rs 465/- The technician not rectified in proper condition and same problem started persisting after a week onwards, Though we have taken up the complaints several times with customer service. Where in The Amendment Agency Technician ascertained, found and informed us that, The Main Core Electronic Board and UI Board became unserviceable and needs to be replaced. He replaced both the Boards on 22/9/2014 and charged Rs 4000/-. Once again the problem started within 10 Days of repair and fridge condition remain same and water Leaking heavily. H Though I have made several calls to Amendment agency as well as Customer Care Resulted in Futile. No Technician Turned up for repair and rectify the same.
In view of above captioned facts, You are required to resolve this issue immediately by directing your Engineers pending for last four months, Hence other wise I have to take up this Worst Service/ customer care Issue with Consumer forum for Mental agony and Loss of Money caused and suitable compensation thereof.
