I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with my Whirlpool refrigerator. I purchased the Whirlpool double door fridge, model number 20540 IF305 NEO ELT 3S in 2016, and its manufacturing date is 15/04/2016. This model has a 10-year compressor warranty.
In July 2022, the compressor of my refrigerator stopped working, and I had to contact the Whirlpool service center for assistance. The compressor was replaced by the service center, but unfortunately, I faced the same issue again on 17/04/23. When I contacted the service center for the second time, they asked for the bill, which I lost.
I understand that the warranty for the compressor of my refrigerator is still valid, and I am extremely disappointed that I am being denied the warranty service just because I don't have a copy of the bill. It is important to note that my refrigerator has been repaired multiple times in the past, and your system should have a record of it.
I have raised multiple complaints with the Whirlpool customer service team in the past, with Complaint No. 020431 on 15/April/2019 and DEL[protected] on 07/July/2022. This clearly indicates the recurring issues with my refrigerator.
