Purchased the Whirlpool AC from TATA Cliq.
As I relocated to work location and didn’t get time to check the AC after installing. Noticed the AC is not working at all in the very 1st day o[censored]sage and found wrong. Informed TATA Cliq and requested return or replacement. But they suggested to check with Whirlpool team, as the return window is closed .
So I keep on informing that I received a defective AC Which not even worked for 1hr properly. They came and that AC’s PCB is damaged. And given jobsheet on 20 April 2022 that PCB is damaged. As the AC not even worked for 1 hr. So I directly requested return m/replacement for the product because PCB is the main for AC Unit.
After long 1 month struggle and without assisting well. They made me to agree for PCB repair. As I’m in mid summer on May 15 finally agreed to fix the issue by repairing to replace PCB. On 16 May when they came for repair. They said that PCB is Ok and issue is Gas leak. So they said that they fixed the issue within 1 hour.
But even after that, AC is not working well and the room is not getting cooled even after I kept it in for continuous 8hrs.
Raised the complaint again. But they are not responding well.
Tata Cliq carefully side lined by saying that try window is closed and to check with Brand team for further assistance and Whirlpool is not at all assisting well. After 1 month, they came to fix the issue and not done well. Room is not gettIng Chilled. Same like initial day. My Cooler is working better than Whirlpool’s AC
*Purchased the product on 17 March 17 2022, raised the complaint on 14 April. Product is still under warranty. Whirlpool is not assisting and not even ready for replacement. Even after they stated that the AC PCB/Mother Board is damaged* Was this information helpful? |
