I have purchased a fridge, model : 21290, inv cnv 375 steel onyx, serial no: ine[protected], date of invoice: 19/07/2020, invoice no: gpw/sa2021/00995, from raipur electronics girish park. The fridge was delivered on 22nd july2020 and i found there is a gap of around 15 mm in the lower door, which is not closing properly. I called to the customer care [protected] for the same and got the complaint number[protected]. And got a call from mr animesh from igloo service ([protected]), who is very arrogant by his behavior. And a service engineer named ramen visited on 23rd to check the problem and suggested that it needs to apply hot gun (Although he was not sure) to solve the problem and the gap.
My question is, i have paid full money for a new fridge not for any damaged one. Then why should i take a repaired fridge?
Another thing, whirlpool is paying igloo service to support customer. They must be polite to the customer first. Whirlpool must think on it. Was this information helpful? |
