[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Defective product | |||||
I bought a semiautomatic washing machine from a retail store named Raj Electronics in Bhubaneswar. In the first wash it started leaking at the time of draining the water. I lodged a complaint in the toll free number, to my delight the service guy came to me on the next day. He said there is a problem with a spare-part so I will replace it. He has taken the defective part with him and promised to come on the next day. I'm waiting since 30 days for the part to come. Everytime I called the toll free number they said, we are giving a reminder to the service guy regarding this. I suggest everybody don't buy any product of whirlpool.
