[Resolved] Whirlpool India — defective product delivered | |||
We bought whirlpool refrigerator 20/10/2019 from kay dee audiovisions pvt ltd, meerut. The product delivered was dented and there are some sticky marks in the freezer also. When the executive come for installation and opens the box then we identified that the product is dented and the service center and dealer assured us that the same product will be replaced within the month. However, now the dealer told us either compromise with the color of the refrigerator or take your refund. We want same color (Black) product as we paid higher price for it and not the other color (Silver). Please resolve this issue. Dealer is not ready to hear anything. We have complained on 09/11/2019 morning. they call for address on that day but they did nt come. At night also we call but they dont give proper answer.
