[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Double door bottom freezer type fridge frequent problems and not resolved | |||
I bought the new model freezer bottom fridge on 14th Feb 2021 and till now six complaints have been lodged on the same issue of frost formation in the freezer portion. A PCB and fan motor has also been changed and the same problem persists. Details of the recent complain is as under Team Whirlpool Thanks for contacting Whirlpool. As the same problem persist I feel there is a technical flaw in the product. It has to be referred to factory for rectification. I am a pensioner and the product has been bought with my life savings. I am dropped like a hot potato. No one from the company is speaking to me. Though a replace has been agreed, I am charged more than the market price but I am being told that it is the company price. Strange statements. I am being left high and dry for my mistake in the old age. I have to now pay 13000 thousand as penalty for choosing the fridge from whirlpool. I don't know what to do.
