[Resolved] Whirlpool India — double door fridge | |||
Dear sir/mam, This is regarding my double door fridge. I had a trouble of my fridge that it is not cooling properly. I have raised a complaint against it and the service engineer has come and suggested for a gas fill and first taken the visiting charges 400 rs on[protected] and then on[protected] he revisited and filled the gas as he said it will be ok and he collected money 2500 rs from us. After two days the fridge was still in the same condition. When we asked the engineer he visited us and asked us to remove all the stuff from defridge and told us that the fridge will take time and will cool afterwards and went away. Since then my fridge is in the same condition with a little bit of cooling. Now again i raised a complaint on[protected] against that then the engineer revised and now he is saying that the compressor is gone. Since the first service it was in the same condition. If he had told us the same before my first complaint i would have replaced the compressor itself. I need you take action against this orelse i would go further to consumer grievance.
