I have a registered complaint with Whirlpool having Service Request Number FAR[protected]. My refrigerator compressor is dead. I purchased this refrigeration in Aug 2013. So Compressor is still under warranty. But my bill has been misplaced. Moreover, the dealer from whom I purchased the refrigerator has closed the showroom. Because of this I can not get the duplicate copy of my bill as well.
Whirlpool Service center is saying that bill is mandatory. What should I do now? This would be a loss of appx Rs 10, 000 for me.
I am attaching the photo of the Serial Number Sticker pasted on my refrigerator wall.
Please help.
