Whirlpool India — for non working of ac

I have purchased a 1.5 ton ac of whirlpool company from Khurana Electronics on 27/06/2014 under memo no. 16836. Seller give me warranty of genuiness and product quality when i purchase the product but soon within period of six months it starts giving problem. When i contact the service centre, their employees told me that the piece of ac is a scrap and they refused to repair the ac. When i complained the seller about the situation, he insists that the product sold is not a scrap piece. I am trying to find solution from many months but there is no help at all. I want you to take corrective action against these malpractices and dealers. I am attaching the cash memo of sale with my complaint. Please take immediate action. Yours sincerely, Surinder pal Mob.
