Whirlpool customer care is the worst customer care ever. They scheduled a technician for a service for my Washing machine where I logged in a complaint stating the machine had a leakage. The technician came and broken the water outlet and is asking us to pay for the damage he made. I logged in complaints multiple times to whirlpool customer care where there was no proper response and also gave me false commitment that they will give a solution. But till now no solution is given and the service is too bad. My whole day wasted following up with the customer care. The below are the customer care guys who gave me false commitment Prathap, Shayam Raj, Vishnu and Shambu
