Have purchased the Whirlpool split AC from Amazon on 15th March 2022. There was one free service mentioned in the product . When we asked the same from customer care we received a feed back that the product is out of warranty and now we have to pay the service charges.
My complaint is why the whirlpool customer services did not remind the customer that their free service is due and it will be expired at this date. No feed back call was received from whirlpool customer care.
Its very disappointing to see such a poor service from whirlpool. It makes us feel that whirlpool just want to sell their product but they dont care about the after sale service.
