Whirlpool India — frequently problem + no cooling + faulty product

Sir this happen frequently..
Posting same complaint again and again.

My name is parth and i am from gandhinagar. I've purchased 2 x 1.5ton ac of whirlpool on 22/04/2017.

After installation one of the ac having gas leakage problem and cooling was not working at all.

I've registered a support request about it and it took approx 2 weeks & 4 to 5 phone calls to get resolved.

I am looking for refund, i fedup with customer support. I made 7-8 calls, nobody answer properly. I have call records. I purchased my ac but can't use it. It's not functional well since january 2018
