I had bought a washing machine in November 2021 nd it has 2 years warranty.
I have start facing the issue with the same in the month of September 2022 nd i have called the customer care for the concern, earlier they were providing me few methods to get it repair by itself but non of them work, nd then finally they registered my complaint (DEL[protected]) on 10th October nd their technician visit me on 11th October nd told me that there is issue with some part in it bd they will get it replaced as soon as possible bt I didn’t get any revert from them for few days nd i again called them multiple times nd then finally they visited me again nd told me that they are not able to change the part and hence they will replace the washing machine nd provide me the new one…
Now again its been more than 10 days… they are not reverting properly, either ignore my calls nd if after multiple calls from other numbers if they pick the call they just give me dates
It’s been so long that I’m trying to coordinate with them but now its become frustrating because washing machine is the appliance of daily use nd I’m facing the difficulties from last more than 20days
Please get it resolved
