1) Your service guy lied to us telling warranty is only for 1 month for gas charging but we got to know it’s 3 months
2) Your technician took the money of Rs 450 + Rs 2800 for gas charging and then asked us to wait for 2 hours and later fridge will start cooling. And ofcourse fridge didn’t start again.
3) when we complained again your service provider rudely said that he can’t recharge the gas again because it will be a loss for him while he already charged Rs2800 for Rs 600 gas
4) He is asking us to take our fridge to his shop at our own expense because he didn’t weld the pipe properly
5) your customer service people are also told they can’t help with it
What I understood is Whirlpool people will cover up for one another and finally escape after spoiling our appliances. Either refund or come and repair it for us
Such horrible service you give, learn from Panasonic and IFB. We will make sure to bring this everywhere until you sort out things for us. I will be attaching the
