I have registered a complaint for the repairing of my whirlpool refrigerator on 23/05/2019. (At dehradun, uttarakhand)
(Service request) sr number : dn[protected]
As told by whirlpool customer service executive engineer visiting charges will be 300 + gst. (I agreed for the same)
The refrigerator has been repaired by the engineer in 5 - 10 minutes with a small part being replaced costing around 600 (As told by the engineer)
After repeatedly asking for jobsheet/ bill / gst invoice, i have not been provided the bill yet. Engineer told that the bill will be delivered to you tomorrow.
But no bill received till now.
The same has been requested to whirlpool, dehradun, uttarakhand, service centre, and they assured the bill will issued. But still not received anything.
I request you to kindly provide original gst invoice of the part replaced + repairing service, amounting to rs. 900 asap.
This is highly unprofessional and illegal work ethics from whirlpool india
For the same i have called customer carer executive who said we dont take complaints like this and mail it to [protected]@whirlpool.com i mailed them, but no one has replied till date... Its better to get job done by a local engineer for all whirlpool appliances rather then paying them extra gst when they are not issuing bill... Was this information helpful? |
