[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Harassement by Umang Service Centre, Gurgaon (your Authorised Service Agent) | |||
I have purchased one washing machine (Super WashSPIN 621 6.2kg) in February, 2013. Recently due to problem in its dryer, I contacted the captioned company for repairing on 26/06/15.Their technicians inspected the washing machine on 27/06/15 and told that they would repair it on 29/06/15 and took Rs.200/- as inspection charge. But nobody turned up on that day. When I contacted over phone, they assured me for the next day i.e. on 30/06/15. But nobody turned up and they even did not response to my phone call. On 01/07/15 they called me and again assured for the next day, i.e. on 02/17/15.But they failed again this time. I am surprised how you have authorized them for repair and servicing. Now I have decided to get my machine repaired by someone else, to post the fact in social media and to go to consumer forum for such harassment.
