I am Tarun Kanti Bose R/O C2/92A, KESHAVPURAM DELHI 110035 and I purchased a Double door Whirlpool Proton on February 2017. On 4th Sept 2022 I made a complaint on the cooling issue so one Anurag Srivastava of Whirlpool (Mobile: [protected]) responded and sent me Complaint no [protected] and sent one Sameer (Mobile:[protected]) who did nothing but got two AMCs filled up and I transferred Rs. 6799 through Google Pay. He promised to send one Engineer till evening, But after umpteenth calls an Engineer visited and said what Sameer had identified as a problem that heater was not working was totally false. The problem is with the Timer. After calling for couple of times the Engineer installed a Timer. The timer costs only Rs. 750. I would request that deduct Rs. 750 plus service charges from Rs. 6799 and return back me the remaining amount and take Anurag Srivastava and Sameer to task. If not done then they would be emboldened enough to bring bad name to Whirlpool India.
