Whirlpool India — Harassment by Whirlpool Service Centre

I am a resident of Bathinda Punjab, I have requested a complaint on sixth of July with regards to water leaking from my air-conditioner indoor unit, the company executive of the service centre came to my place and recommended me a proper washing service, or a wet service which will definitely make sure that there is no leakage of water further.

But the problem and solve I again registered a complaint On toll-free number of the Whirlpool, on toll-free number of the Whirlpool and The executive visited for the first time and asked me for the service charge of four Rs.72 which I paid because my Air conditioner is out of warranty and I was said that the charges or eligible for 30 days within which you can register a complaint again if you face any problem, I faced the same problem again the very next day so I registered a complaint but after then I was contacted by them after foodies, and then they visited dig take a huge hole into the wall under the air-conditioner, which resulted in no progress in air conditioner condition of the leakage, since then I registered a complaint again but that complaint was cancelled after six days or it was marked as a result even though I was never contacted by them, then Again I registered a complaint, then again they cancel the complaint or Marked as a Resolved, then I again registered a complaint And then they again marked it resolved without even contacting me, then I again registered a complaint then they didn’t even contacted me and marked it cancelled now I have again registered a complaint but there is no progress in that I have paid service charge on 12th of July 2022 till then only the executive engineer Just visited once Or twice, but they wanted to make sure the time period of 30 days passes and hair become with 8th August 2022 but still there is no progress in.

This is just a who are you that what has happened to me I will make sure I will send a legal notice to Mayank the service centre person or head to make sure that he knows how to treat a customer.

So I have to have some pictures you can have a look at it. The hole Which you are able to see is a small one but the second visit of the executive what is the engineer made it look more bad because he did the wall what you are able to see I Don’t have the current pictures.
