Whirlpool India — Heavy sound in the spin tub is coming while rinsing and spinning

We bought top loading whirlpool fully automatic washing machine in Feb 2019.
It worked well for two years as mentioned in the warranty. But from the last 2 months, a heavy sound in the spin tub is coming while rinsing and spinning.
We lodged a complaint in whirlpool customer center they said that two year warranty period was over so inspection charge will be Rs 450/-.
This is totally unacceptable that just telling about the problem, they are charging huge amount but I accepted it and their person came to our home and checked the machine and confirmed that the sound is due to the bearing problem. And also said barring must be replaced. and said the cost is around Rs 5500/- that also comes with only 2 months warranty.
On hearing this i was shocked as the brand like Whirlpool is not delivering quality to our customer. I purchase this Fully automatic 12 kg model by paying huge amount of Rs.32500/- and is the problem comes after 2.5 years then it clearly shows that what type of material they are using in the products. I asked the technician that why the quality is so poor, the answer I received from him is that all washing machine of this company will work only for the mentioned warranty year afterwards all problem will occur. I would request all the people their more valuable and good quality products available in the market but never buy any product of this brand.
