[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Incomplete complain since 20 days

I filed a complain to whirlpool customer care on 1st of july to solve problem of water leakage in my whirlpool washing machine. Technician said there is a part needed to be replace and he ordered it on same day as well.

In between these days, technician was came with wrong ordered part on around 15th. Today, i again called to customer care but they have no any answer related to this issue. I am frustrated about this matter now.

The service was better in warrenty period but after that it became worst now and all parts are needed to be replace one by one since it is only 2 year from perchased.

All the way you guys are delaying the service.I m tooo frustrated now. Don't you have even a plastic part of my machine in stock? then why you are selling such type of products? Head of the whirlpool ahmedabad, Vaishali ma'm, her call is busy all the day. No[protected].
