Never have I ever regretted buying a product like I am doing right now for purchasing AC from Whirlpool. I raised a complaint that AC isn't cooling on April 16th and till today the engineers haven't been able to figure out what is causing that? They done and fill gas and leave and they say something is leaking but they do not know what it is. Customer care care Dept is very very skilled to provide false expectations. The service center people don't have any skills and nor do their technicians. I have to keep on calling them every time to check if they will be visiting or not. My machine is not even one year old and I need it to be replaced. You guys are saying that now the part is damaged and now it's not in your stock. How comfortable!!! I even said I have a kid and it's impossible in this heat. But you guys are worthless. Take your machine back!!! Give me my money back.
