Today whirlpool service engineer visited our place refrigerator problem. And now he confirmed our current compressor is too small to handle the 3-door fridge, and that's why the fridge is not working properly. IT"S NOT A GAS PROBLEM, it's not a gas problem which is said by your previous technician. Can you please describe this? I am more than willing to know How your service team works. And do still you want me to pay for your team's mistakes ???
What are you gonna tell me about your service problem, which I am facing for the last 3 months, we have already changed the compressor twice within the last 3 months and still, it's small. You changed it twice and your service provider used a small one without knowing the fridge's size. Is this seem like a fault from our end? Your person blams us to not complaining again within 45 days. How could some end-user who is not a technician can know this kind of problem ??
I have made up my mind to pay a charge to end this spring of mailing and problems again and again, but now we know that this is entirely your fault. Your own service provider checked it and confirmed that the issue is about the compressor again and it's again about the size of the compressor. Now, this seems like not a fault this seems like a threat from your service providers to gain money from your customers who are not aware of the technical things.
