I have purchased a new double door refrigerator on 4th june 2020. After 15 days i started facing an issue with water leakage from back side of the refrigerator and because of that our whole floor getting wet. 15-16 times i have faced this issue. I have raised my complain on 27th july and engineer came to my house but he has not given me proper solution and ignored it. From 4 august on daily basis i am trying to call whirlpool in order to register complain but still they are not responding. They saying that they will resolve it but still one one was taking any action. Still my issue is pending. 15 days has gone but still not resolved
