Whirlpool India — Microwave oven - Glass bowl part required

Sir the glass plate inside the Microwave oven is broken and i am trying to get it replaced. Each time the service Engineer informs the stock is not available, it is more than a year i am trying to get the glass bowl replaced .
I am not able to use the product because of the bowl hence humbly request you to arrange the Glass bowl at the earliest.

pls help.
